New to Liberty Air 2

Hello,

I just received my Soundcore Liberty Air 2 today,

I noticed some issues:
1- I cannot connect two devices concurrently unless I connect then disconnect one then immediately connect it to the other device, and this sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t
even when it works, each phone will be connected to one side only

I am using Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone 8 Plus

Is there any way to connect 2 devices without issues?

2- and the other problem is that I have to repeat this whenever I want to get them from the case

so is there any way I can cancel auto switch off when I put them inside?

3- When I am on a call, and trying to get the other earbud from the case, most of the times I hold it and accidentally hang up the call.

Is there anyway I can deactivate buttons while earbuds are not in my ear?

4- I cannot cancel/change buttons functions when I am using one earbud, it switches to Voice Assistant for holding by default and cannot be changed.

Can anyone help me with these issues?
