New setup - Homebase 2 permanent red light

Hi all.
I have just received my new Eufy with homebase 2.
I’ve connected the homebase directly to my router and plugged it in.
It flashes for a minute, then just a solid red light.
Reset seems tk do nothing.
The sync button does nothing.
Added the QR code to the app on. My phone and nothing.
I’ve had a look on my router and it looks like no IP address is being assigned.
I’m using a talk talk router hub.
I’ve tried different patch cables and different porta on the router.

Can you help?
