New PowerTouch 10 wireless charger

I am looking at the new power touch 10 https://www.anker.com/products/A2512011 and trying to figure out what comes with it. On Amazon.com it shows that it comes with USB C and on Amazon.ca it shows that it comes with micro USB…

Both listings show the same Model # and same ASIN

Don’t know but my guess is its a USB-C both ends.

From the photos you can see it is USB-C at the pad so either its USB-A or USB-C at the other end. So my guess is its USB-C both ends.

The UK site is saying MicroUSB like Canadian site. MicroUSB at the other end makes no sense, so my guess is its a typo.

That’s what I think as well. I reported it on Amazon so we shall see if they change the listing so as not to confuse potential buyers…I have one coming to me for testing so depending how fast I get it I will report back… :confused:

@AnkerOfficial
any confirmation about this would be helpful, thanks

Finally got an email back from Anker and this is what they had to say. I also noticed that they changed the photos in the Amazon add to clearly show USB C cable as well. No word on the other end of the cable but I will update in a few days when mine arrives. :grinning:

"Thank you for contacting us and letting us know this issue.

Kindly be advised that the PowerTouch 10 with USB-C comes with a C cable, it seems that the listing on Amazon CA has a minor mistake about the cable, i have forwarded the case to the sales team for modification. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I just received my power touch 10. Apparently the first one they sent me was lost in shipping and when I notified Anker about it they sent another and I received it in two days!!

I can confirm that it comes shipped with a USB C to USB A 3 foot standard Anker cable to power it. Please not that the cable in the photo below is not the supplied cable

I am excited to do a test but have to wait until the devices that support QC in my house return back home. I tested it with a non-compliant phone and the blue light immediately comes on and flashes rapidly indicating not supported device. I love this thing. It looks and feels solid. The blue light is very pleasing but can be turned off via a solid feeling mechanical push button at the bottom. Place your device on and the blue ring flashes indicating that it is charging, when the blue turns solid it has completed charging.

The weight is 3.5 ounces and it has a rubber ring on the bottom to keep it from moving.
