We installed new Eufy doorbell and checked all wiring 3 times… still not lighting up yellow (or any color) when we turn power on. Our original doorbell worked fine. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance!

You will more than likely need to replace the doorbell transformer! It is under powered for it to work properly. I have attached a link to what you will need, I had the same problem until I had replaced mine. I hope this helps good luck…

Please be advised that eufy wired doorbell needs a transformer delivering 16-24V/ 30VA (or above) of power, so please help double check whether your transformer is sufficient. Also, you can contact eufy support and provide clear pictures to show the wiring diagram, we are glad to double check for you whether the wiring is correct.
