Netflix not working error (0013)

Hi - I have a new Nebula Capsule and the Netflix app does not work. A video runs for a few seconds than I get a 0013 error code. I’ve tried re-installing the app and factory resetting the the capsule as well as using alternate internet connections. Does anyone have a fix?

Based on the troubleshooting suggestions from Netflix on the 0013 code it seems you have covered the main steps to resolve such as app re-install etc.

Is your Capsule at the latest firmware revision? If not try updating the firmware to the latest release and try again. If that fails to resolve I would suggest you reach out to support@seenebula.com for assistance.

Unplug both your modem and router and wait 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on. Plug in your router and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on. Turn on your device and try Netflix again
