i have a few days worrie because a line came up tomy nebula mars, is just strange because after a few mins disapire and never come again im thinking that is becase needs maybe an update of sistem but hwo some one can helpme with this.

Can you post a picture of the line (when it appears)?
If it’s an intermittent issue (as it appears to be), it could be software related so perhaps check if they is a later firmware revision to apply and/or complete a reset on the projector…
