Hi @AnkerSupport,

I’ve updated my Nebula Mars II last week to the latest firmware but it’s caused some of my favourite apps to crash and also Chrome will keep crashing and sometimes will flash intermittently.

Could you help to share instructions on how to downgrade/rollback to the previous version?
