Hi, I just got my Mars 3 projector and while setting up I installed all the suggested apps. However the Nebula Manager does not seem to work on this projector and instead I have a new app called Nebula Play. Should I uninstall the Nebula Manager?

Unsure as I do not have it. If no answer, I would also contact support to just see how important that the manager is to the projector (ie is it used to help update a specific app)
If Nebula Manager isn’t essential for your Mars 3 projector, you can consider uninstalling it. Contacting support for guidance is also a good idea.
