Try to uninstall the apps you have installed. Also make sure your internet is working fine / no adblockers on the network (I saw th exact messages with adblockers)
Last step would be to perform factory reset ( Contact Nebula Support if you are not a advanced user)
Start the process as below, follow the steps exactly within stipulated times

When Capsule is powered off, press and hold Volume+ and Power buttons simultaneously / together for about 4 seconds until Nebula screen appears. Also the Android’s robot logo will appear on screen.

Then, press and hold Power button, follow by pressing Volume+ and the Android Recovery screen appears soon.

Press Volume- button to skip to “Wipe data / Factory reset” option.

Press Power button and choose Yes, System will automatically jump back
