Nebula capsule system down

Hi,

I just bought a nebula capsule. After the installation of Netflix and YouTube by the appstore insclude, i receive everytime a massage ‘Nebula launcher stop’. When i try to reboot, a android robot appear with a signal “warning” and “no command”. When i use the nebula with hdmi, it worls but i can’t reach the options or main menu.

Try to uninstall the apps you have installed. Also make sure your internet is working fine / no adblockers on the network (I saw th exact messages with adblockers)

Last step would be to perform factory reset ( Contact Nebula Support if you are not a advanced user)

Start the process as below, follow the steps exactly within stipulated times

  1. When Capsule is powered off, press and hold Volume+ and Power buttons simultaneously / together for about 4 seconds until Nebula screen appears. Also the Android’s robot logo will appear on screen.

  2. Then, press and hold Power button, follow by pressing Volume+ and the Android Recovery screen appears soon.

  3. Press Volume- button to skip to “Wipe data / Factory reset” option.

  4. Press Power button and choose Yes, System will automatically jump back

Warning - Take extreme care while performing factory reset , don’t hold me responsible if the device bricks. I tested this and it did work for me.
