Nebula capsule issues

Hi can anyone please help before I throw my capsule in the bin. I’m in the Uk and can’t get itv hub to play on projector by hdmi or mirroring. I can’t get the hdmi to sky box
On Apple TV in the app on the capsule there is a massive apple icon taking up centre of the screen
Do I need to download google play to get itv
So far this is a 300 quid speaker.
I just wanna watch footy on a big screen

hi there which capsule have you got?
you might need to go into app manager and open it from there, if its not there then you might have to unlock the capsule
