Hi,
I just purchased a refurbished Capsule 3 from Nebula’s eBay site. After connecting the unit to my home WiFi the first time the unit prompted a software/firmware update which I completed.
Despite numerous attempts to adjust and calibrate the image there are areas in the projected image which appear lighter than the surrounding areas. (Photo attached: areas in question are circled in red)
The light areas appear to be burned in and don’t respond to any troubleshooting via the projector settings.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so can it be fixed by the user? Or is this a faulty unit?
