Tried opening up what I thought was the battery compartment but it has a strange metallic thing with something that looks lime a battery inside a yellow ring but it is not movable. How do you change this or any ideas on how to get the remote working? Added to this, the projector says reboot to update but without the remote unable to click that button. If I just restart with the power button, the update message comes back in a bit and same situation again. Please help.

Pictures of the remote would be useful to help you. I don’t have a capsule remote to crack open.
