Nebula capsule 2 gets stuck during system update

Hi Everyone,
My capsule 2 shows a system update (v9.5.23). When l try to download it, it gets stuck after a period and doesn’t proceed.
I tried many things and in the end, reset it to factory settings. That hasn’t helped either. :confused:
Any clues?

Same for me here. Tried rebooting, changing some settings, language is English (US), but download stuck at 4 or 13 or 20 percent.

Also, system update screen won’t open after reboot until I launch YouTube or some other app first.
