Nebula capsule 1 netflix

Hi i have netflix account. But i cant enter in netflix. I enter my id and password but dont accepted. Why? Can u help me

What did it say when you try to login your Netflix account?
If it says wrong ID or password, please reset your password and try login again.
If it says something else related to the Nebula capsule, please give us more details.
