Hello
Im having a problem with my nebula apollo . The projector stucks at the logo screen and won’t start . I cant access any menu to do a factory reset . I tried to enter recovery mode but i couldn’t get to it i just reach the Android robot screen by pressing the power + the Bluetooth button but i stuck there and couldn’t enter the recovery menu because the way to reach that menu is not working by pressing the volume+ like the capsule cuz the buttons are touch and dont do anything when i press them whith the power button
I have the projector for more than 2 months now and i only used 3 times only .
Please help me
