Mystery product in need of answers

Here is the front and barcode area of my device. when i read the model number to them it came up in their system as a speaker. googled the model number and i even looked at their websites and nothing about these particular buds.

only thing i can think of is these are the zolo liberty buds just with new soundcore packaging. but its just weird that their sites and customer reps didnt know anything about it…

Not Neo. Uh Cool box

Like @kumar.sachin said these are the updated Zolo liberty

its just odd that the sites and rep had no clue what they were. i even sent them the link to best buy and still stumped.

There site is never updated to show current products, ask anyone here as they are always behind even for stock. Your best bet is to look on Amazon which will show current and new products.

It’s definitely released, just not one everyone’s familiar with…

thank you all. just still baffled why nothing on sites and reps had nothing helpful. hopefully soon something will appear online to help. again thanks

Was referring to the base code A3912…which is the SoundCore Rave Mini

The sites are never up to date, really.
They are always busy in creating competitions and donating things! :joy:

Zolo liberty vs liberty air? I always doubt

Which do you prefer? I’ve never used the Zolo Liberty, but I don’t like the design…

I personally like the sound and fit of Zolo Liberty. It has a very nice bass response plus it is very comfortable to wear for extended period of time.
But this is very subjective…

I’m just saying I don’t like the way they look. I have no idea about the quality

What is more important?
The design or the sound?
Of course they should fit.

I just bought these as well today. I looked for ages for a good pair of wireless buds and got confused between these and the Liberty Neo and their $40 difference. I went to Best Buy (because I’m angry with Amazon right now) and tried to price match these. They pointed out the 88 hours of play time difference. I spent about her hour looking for more info on these only to be led here.

So, at this point I think these are probably an Anker&Best Buy only product only sold at best buy and made for best buy.

But they are hella good ear buds. I was thoroughly impressed in the 20 minutes I got to use them today. I’m always surprised by Anker quality. Idk I let them keep doing it to me.

Every time I listen to Liberty Air and Zolo Liberty, I love Zolo Liberty more.
Sound/comfort difference is so huge between the two :scream:

I like the way the liberty air look. The design also allows them to stay in my ears better, and gives them expert noise isolation. I haven’t tried the zolo liberty…

Zolo liberty stays in ear much better than Liberty Air (but that may be subjective, it works better for me at least).

Yeah, I think it really depends on the user. I like how far Liberty Air go down into my ears. With the rubber eartips, they get an amazing seal and literally will not fall out of my ears. They also block out a lot of noise
