My Spirit X is dead after 3 days

I bought an Anker Spirit X and after using it for three times he died.
Does not turn on.
I already changed the Usb cable and nothing happened, it’s still dead.
It’s very frustrating.
Any idea?

You said you changed cords but have you tried changing your power source ? Also it wouldn’t hurt to send support@anker.com an email and let them know what’s going in for help

Don’t.you need a trickle charger for these and most of the BT devices.
