My SoundCore 2 stopped connecting Bluetooth, Any leads how to fix it?

My SoundCore 2 stopped connecting Bluetooth. When I was trying to connect my soundcore 2, its keep dropping and the bluetooth blue light blinking. Any leads how to fix it? IS there any firmware update needs to be done? Please advise

How old is it? I’d advise to contact support

Its just less than an year old.

Please contact soundcore support at the earliest, service@soundcore.com

They may help with fixing it or possibly replace it based on the warranty details
