My Nebula Astro

I was donated that little “Knödel” some time ago.
I used it a while mostly watching YT music videos and put it in “my storage” after.

But as my beloved wife remembered me of the little projector
and we have to :smile: take it with us at our next vacation
(HOPE WE CAN GO!!!)
I started to store some of my favorite movies on a stick.

( @TechnicallyWell told me its possible, thank you again Ryan :grinning:I)
Its fine with “avi” format and an external speaker like the ZERO.
Though the brightness is not high, it is really enough to watch a full movie with one charge.
I know its redundant:
If you use a good bt speaker and a tripod all is fine.

I do enjoy mine as well.

I have used my powerbank to extend my watching time.

Appreciate the reminder with the memory stick as I do tend to forget that.

I do have a few walls that are a light color but may need to find a better setup for it. I have also watched a few shows laying down and watching them on the ceiling. :wink:

Depends on the “shows”.
A lot will be boring, but there are some which are really exciting (shhht) :rofl:

These entry level projectors only handle specific combinations of video codec with audio codec.

Check each video on the stick actually streams.

As a crude rule, if it plays in Chrome internal media player, it will play on most things.

Add Plex App on Astro and Plex Media Server on home network and you can watch many more, charge Astro as you watch!!

But Nebula Capsule is still my favourite,

As an entry level projector I love it. It gets lots of interest from my friends as well I mostly watch movies and stuff on mine when I have the free time

Mine has been working great still. I know it’s aimed to kids but this would be a great gift to many adults

I agree with it is geared to kids but great for adults as well. My intent on mine was for my youngest or maybe for my oldest to take to college.

I find that I have used it for movies more than the kids using it. I think it may be a good item to take with you on vacation depending on your vacation circumstances.

I really think its fine to use it when traveling.
I got so many old good films stored which are worth to watch again.
