My liberty air 2 unable to manually turn off.

My liberty air 2 unable to turn off without using the case regardless tapping both or just one of the earbuds for 8-10secs.
Kindly advice.

try to reposition where your finger is on the touchpad, and instead of counting leave your finger on the pad until you see the red light. thats how you know if it turns off. if after say 20 seconds and still nothing, try using a different finger and or clean off the touchpad and try again

Tried,nothing happen. It just keep steadily blinking white light.
The only way to disconnect for me now is to off the Bluetooth and allow it to auto power off or to put it in the case and close the lid.
