my hearing aid stopped working

I had my audifino sound core q20 connected to the TV and to my cell phone. Then I disconnected it from the TV and now it doesn’t work, it only has the NC light on and no button responds to me. Any idea what happened.

I would delete the headphones from devices’ (mobile and TV) bt lists,
then do a reset of the Q20 and connect these to the devices again.
Could help.

I found this online, let us know if it helps.

  1. Connect the headphones to a charger.
  2. Press the volume up button plus the power button for 5 seconds.
  3. Blue and red light LEDs will flash alternately indicating a reset.
