My eufy L35 Hybrid won't recognise

After finishing cleaning, my robovac Eufy L35 tries to go to its base, but when it reaches it, does not recognize it and tries to connect several times without result. I’ve even reset the maps to recreate the space again, but nothing. After several minutes trying to dock, it runs out of battery without reaching its base or being able to empty its content. What can i do?

Ara all detectors absolutely clean?

It seems that it is about to go dead before it goes back to the dock station. Will it do the same thing if say you run for a few minutes and then try to dock it. If it has the same issue, I think you may have bigger issues vs it trying to return from a full drain of the battery.

If low battery it may be there is not enough power to send out its signals to re-dock (ie losing part of its connection to the dock and and maybe having to restart that docking process…

I had mine die on me as it was returning to the dock but it had to find its way out of my back bedroom and thus took longer than it should have to return…

Its always not easy to find the way out of a bedroom.
Especially in the morning

I finally got one this Christmas and it is pretty cool. I do have to close off my kids rooms as those have legos or other stuff sitting in the floor. lol

I still need to name it but it has been pretty decent other than remembering to move one or two things out of its way (ie a few cables)

The old story:
Cables, carpet fringes and shoe ribbons.
