My Anker sound core pro+ is dead after 100% charging… No lights blinking… No charging again … & Heat dissipation near mini usb while charging .

I BROUGHT Anker SoundCore Pro+ from aliexpress.com Order ID: 96496000215582 Order time: 01:53 Nov. 23 2018.

Few days back till now after 100% charging my device I’m unable to power on again my device? Im worry about mybe its heatup that’s why not powerup in meanvile I wait for an hour to cool down the device after that im unable to listen again music.

Pleace help me out.

I’m worry about my products I’ll check online for your service center in Pakistan i got 1 office distributor in daraz.com pakistan as in Anker daraz flagship store located in karachi pakistan my question is this if i send him my product for repair they could help me out i have product in warranty now.also I’ll get in email loop for my local guidnes.my contact details below the email.

Do a soft reset: Pressing the power button and hold it for a few seconds.
Hard reset: Pressing the power button and the bass up.
If this doesnt help contact the support.

Agreed, you’d be amazed how many “dead” products can be revived with a reset.

As far as dead human beings can not be resetted this way it is fine. :rofl:
