After playing music yesterday for about two hours, the speaker’s bass (subwoofer?) audio became unnaturally loud and fuzzy, indicating that it had blown out. I can’t seem to find any way I could open up my speaker, and I don’t know whether it is covered by warranty. What should I do?

First do a test with another device, if it still sounds blown click the Anker.com link above and send an email to or call support. It will take a couple days to hear back but they are awesome with the way they support their product
