i have got a 13400 mAh powerbank and some times it stops charging my phone… even though there was 6 dots left or 7… does anybody have a solve for this problem?..

What phone are you using and are you on any beta software? There have been reports of users on ios beta that have been having this problem, which trickles down to being the beta software you are using as the cause of the problem. Going to the official software and not beta should fix the problem

I too was observing this when I had initially upgraded to iOS 13. iOS 13 has the optimised charging which delays charging beyond 80%.
If I disable this, charging works fine again, but damages battery life.
Have you checked for any dust or lint inside the charging port? That may be blocking the connection.
yes… nothing is inside… it doesnt give light even when i press it
