My ANKER BLUE LIGHTS

My ANKER 1000 has the blue lights on constantly and it never used to so what’s happening?

Normally the lights show when the battery is fully charged then they turn off.
Make sure the button isn’t stuck down. When pressed that will light the LEDs to indicate how much charge is left.
You can also try looping the input and output sockets for 5 or so seconds which resets a PowerCore.

Failing that make contact with the company you purchased from or email support@anker.com along with the serial numbers and a phone/screen grab of your receipt and they will rectify.
