My anker 10000 is not charging

Hi @miguell88, please reach out to the support team at support@anker.com and they’ll be happy to assist you and get you charging again! In the meantime, it sounds like the charging cord might be bad. Please try another charging cord and another wall charger to see if it makes a difference.

I also have a same problem with you … I just bought it last week ago … do your one already get fix ? Let me know how to fix that problem

I also have this problem. I’ve tried multiple cables and when I plug it in it goes to 2 flashing. Otherwise it only shows one, even after days of charging.

I was able to get my power bank to charge my phone with the following steps
Using any wall plug and any cord I started charging the power
Confirmed the power bank is charging by seeing the blinking lights
Unplug the cord from the wall plug side ONLY
Then I plugged the open end of the cord into my phone and it started charging
