My Amazon rating just got better!

Hi everyone,

I’ve always been careful about my Amazon rating. Because being well-rated means being more visible and believed when writing reviews.

I was stuck at #652 for several weeks, and now my rating just got bumped to #565 ! I already have the “TOP 1000 commenter” badge, but I am aiming for the “Top 500 commenter” one

What about your rating guys?

Congratulations  I’m only a couple number behind…#26,167 :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

Congrats, been falling behind on my Amazon reviews recently unless it was a PU sample. Plan to have a good go through over Christmas when I’ve got time  Currently sitting at 303 on Amazon UK…

Congrats :tada:

I have only recently decided to start voicing my opinions on products that I’ve purchased within the last couple of months. And having just been accepted to the Power User program I’m hoping to build upon my rating.

@ndalby is there any perks of being in the top 500??

None whatsoever unfortunately. Been in the top 500 for over a year now and 10+ years as an Amazon customer…still hoping I might qualify for the Vine program at some stage…

Just don’t do what I did and try to respond to that email when your half asleep and tell them no you don’t want to be part of the prgram

Congrats, guys! I don’t want to be a Debbie Downer, but be sure to back up any reviews you care about. Amazon deleted me (with no explanation) when I broke into the Top 100 and I followed every rule in their guidelines.

Well done !!

I’d say it’s only for your self-pride ^^

I just checked mine, I fell down really bad. I use to be top 500, now apparently I’m not anywhere close. Gonna have to start posting more reviews there

My account like @TechnicallyWell was deleted after I was into the top 100 for a few months and writing that you got it free or not makes no difference. They decide when and why to remove your reviews and the decision is final. The perks were that I was getting about 10-15 emails a week from companies to test their product and I was turning down 90% of them. I was only choosing product that I may have a use for and that I would have the time to thoroughly test I was being sent some products worth over $100 and they came direct to me from the manufacturer without any amazon involvement or transaction whatsoever.

What you describe here is actually my final goal. Not to be removed, but to receive sollicitations to try some new products from several manufacturers.
