Multiple C200 webcams cause sync issue

Hi, I have a pair of C200 webcams purchased at the same time and firmware updated to v7.5.

When I view them separately in the Anker software they are working well.

When I add them as a pair of video capture sources into OBS one of them appears to visually lose ‘sync’ and the video is tearing.

Problem shown on a youtube video

If I disable one camera in OBS the other is fine and visa versa. Is there a cure to overcome this problem?

My system is Windows 11 on a 13900k and 4090gpu and the webcams are powered via an Anker 7+3 port usb3 hub

I ran into a similar issue with two webcams in OBS—one always had that weird tearing or lag while the other stayed fine. It helped to use a powered USB hub and adjust OBS settings like buffering and sync intervals. Also, checking out https://www.insta360.com/blog/tips/top-10-tips-low-light-photography.html gave me great ideas on handling low-light video, like tweaking exposure and lighting to reduce noise and improve smoothness.
