Motion Q issue

Hi!

I have recently bought a Soundcore Motion Q from AliExpress and it came alright, with original packaging, cable, small rope and everything.

The speaker worked fine for about a month, but suddenly stopped working as it should. At first I thought the battery was running low, so I fully charged it. But when I press the power button, a white light shows for about two seconds, along with a kind of startup sound, but then the light goes off, and I can´t connect to any device. Pressing the B button won´t work either. It´s like the speaker powers off immediately after power on - btw, when I press the power button again, it goes the same way around: sound, white light for 2 sec, then nothing.

I already tried to update the firmware, downloaded the anker app, connected the device to pc via usb, pressed the power+play buttons (light turns into purple), the app recognize the device as “card reader” and then completed the whole process of updating the firmware successfully. But it does not resolve my issue.

Can someone please help me?

Try a different USB cable.

Obrigado pela resposta, mas já tentei outro cabo… Não me parece ser problema no carregamento, pois ela identifica o cabo (acende a luz vermelha) então carrega até o máximo (a luz apaga-se). Quanto pressiono o botão de ligar ela emite um som, acende a luz branca e nada mais. E isso se repete sempre que pressiono o botão de ligar. Se pressiono qualquer outro botão, nada acontece.

Eu gostaria ao menos de tentar um hard reset, mas não sei como fazê-lo…

Thanks for your reply! I’ve already tried many cables. It seems to me that is a programming issue, so to speak. Not hardware, because it seems to charge (when I plug th cable, a red light goes on and keeps on until it is fully charged - I guess - because then the light goes off); and it seems to “work”: when I press the power button, a white light goes on along with a sound (like a “bluuurp”) but then… nothing. No matter what other button I press, nothing happens. If I press again the power button, it goes all the same way around - like it was powered off.

I would like to try a hard reset, but do not know the commands…

Poderia ser uma problema com a batteria.
