Motion+ pairing 2 speakers through aux cable?

Hi there,

Recently bought the Motion+ after doing thorough research and putting the Boom against the Motion+. One reason for buying the Motion+ was its supposed low latency compared to the Boom. I wish to watch videos too. Here’s my question - I wish to buy another Motion+ and pair the two, each for L & R channels. Here’s the question - Can I use a 3.5mm TRS splitter to connect my laptop to the 2 speakers? How will the speakers pair with each other in this case? Also, if I have bluetooth ON to pair each other, will that cause latency? In which case, it beats the whole point of using a cable, right?

Please advice

While true stereo output on these speakers is intended more to be done via Bluetooth, you could get the same effect using a 3.5mm splitter like the following.

This would split the left/right audio signal at the laptop end allowing the aux to each speaker to carry carry a single mono channel of left or right.

This should also reduce latency or lag in certain situations or media playback
