Motion+ not visible on bluetooth, no welcome sound

I’m using motion+ since ~5 months, never had any problem with it, until today. I’ve charged it and wanted to play some music but:

  1. when turning on - there is no “welcome sound”
  2. similarly, when turning off - there is no “goodbye sound”
  3. when on, I can control the BASS button and see the LED light reacting
  4. when on, I cannot control Bluetooth button - and cannot connect to any phone.

I’ve tried:
reset1 - holding power off for ~20sec
reset2 - holding BT + Volume Up for 3-5sec
Did not help.

Please advice - what might have happened and how to proceed.
