Mobile charger fully charged but why is my phone not charging?

Hi. Please help. My daughter bought me an Anker mobile charger. I fully charged it (the light changed from yellow to green) however, after connecting my phone to the fully charged Anker mobile charger, my phone is not charging. What have I done wrong?

Hi @purrpetua,
It sounds like you might have the PowerCore Mini, correct? You probably need to press the button on the PowerCore to start charging. If that doesn’t work, could you test it with another cable to see if that helps?

Depending on the model you have (Mini?) you may have to press the button near the status LED’s to initiate a charge.
