As I am always taking a look at the FAQs for the RoboVacs :
Many customers have problems with the hairs which wind up on the middle brush.
O course those can be removed easily, by cutting with a pair of scissors.
BUT :
Why does EUFY not offer another type of brush?
No bristles, only rubber “ribs” (slats).
May be this would reduce the cleaning works.
Just an idea on Monday morning. 
I always wondered why not just Eufy but many companies only offer a bristle type roller. I have only ever seen a shark use a rubber nub style brush for pet hairs. It is quite effective and would benefit others to try the same thing
Exactly!
This simple rubber brush would cost less than one or two Euros in production.
But it would be a great advantage for long haired ladies and customers with pets.
So this might be a suggestion we should forward to EUFY!
