Mic not working

My anker soundcore liberty air’s mic is not working when I play games and record. It will only work when I make a phone call. Can anyone help me out?

I would recommend trying a reset. You can learn how to do that here.

If that doesn’t work I would recommend contacting support at service@soundcore.com

Perhaps others will have some suggestions.

I restarted my phone and it worked.
