Hi, I have the Mars II and I use a Seagate Backup Plus external hard drive to watch movies. I believe it’s 1 TB. When it’s plugged into my computer, I can see all the movies, which are in alphabetical order. There are 260 files. When I plug it into my Mars II, I can only see up to the letter “T.” All other files are missing. Can someone help me?! It’s driving me nuts. I also plugged it into my amazon fire box and all files are visible there as well. I don’t get it.

Hi @apaar64 what standard is the hard drive formatted in, FAT, exFAT, NTFS etc?
Sounds like a maximum file count or hidden system cache file is causing the limited list.

Would it be possible to place the files into subfolders (maybe half in one folder and the other half in another) to see if all the files show when navigating through the folders?
