Hi I got an Anker Soundcore for Christmas but there’s an issue, it will connect to my IPhone but as soon as I press play it makes an odd ping sound and doesn’t play?? I’ve used it once before and it worked fine, but now won’t work??

Taking a rough guess at this… but I would check to see if the bluetooth isn’t being obstructed or that your device is has an ample connection via bluetooth to the Soundcore. The only other offering might be a low system battery?.. I’m leaning towards an obstructed bluetooth connection.
Hi @Emeline_Pearson, sorry that your SoundCore is pinging instead of playing your music!
First, please try going into your iPhone’s settings, select the Bluetooth option, tap the small “i” beside your SoundCore, and select “Forget Device”. Then, repair the SoundCore to your iPhone. Try again and see if it works. If it doesn’t, turn off your SoundCore and start playing the music on your phone first (through the phone’s speakers), then turn on the SoundCore to see if it will connect and take over. You could also try another music app (like Pandora, iHeartRadio, etc) to see if the problem occurs for all music.
