If you’re referring to a wall charger, Anker does make a USB-C Power Delivery charger for newer MacBooks with USB-C.

As far as Power Banks, there is a USB-C Power Delivery Power Bank.

I have the power bank in the upper photo and i can charge my MacBook Pro 15 (Touch Bar 2016) I never charged it completely but I tried for a few moments and it worked very well.

I got my dad an Anker Gift set for Christmas that has a powerbank around 10000 mAh that came with a USB-c Wall charger. It says both the powerbank and wall charger will charge a Macbook Pro but my dad’s Macbook is an older Maglock style charger. He uses it everyday to charge is iPhone and tablets.
