Lost my right earbud can i somehow order just one earbud??

Hi, today i lost my right earbud, there is a high chance that i am not going to find it. :cry::cry: Is it possible that i order just one earbud? I have them only for a month…

As far I know there is no possibility.
But ask the support.

There is no way of ordering just one earbud since they are made a a complete set. Sorry that happened. Maybe check out eBay if someone is selling there set we’re lost lost an earbud as well. If not you just have to buy a new set then you will have a back up earbud and case.

We are sorry to learn the lost of the earbud of your headphones. We are sorry also to say there is no single spares earbud separately for some reason so far. An approval to sell spares separately needs to be applied for to make it legal and this takes some time as the process is complex. So there is no stock of the single parts.
