A recent experience went like this.
Order made, day 1
Despatched on day 2
Money came out of bank on day 3
Item sent back on day 4
I’m on day 19 and still waiting for a refund
Their customer service said refunds are taking a while.
When i queried new orders and deliveries aren’t delayed she didn’t have an answer and just blamed Covid.
