Light stays on when not charging - Anker powercore+ 26800 powerbank

Hi, the light of my power bank stays on when not charging.
There is no cable connected to it and the light has been on for weeks now.
What should I do? It’s very annoying.

try pressing and holding power button until it goes out

I tried for 20sec. No success.

Do a reset by plugging one of the output ports into the input port this should resolve your issue but if it does not reach out to Anker support for a replacement.

It’s usually 30 seconds, so if doing less, try for longer.
