Life Q30 on PC does not work properly

Hi, I have been using my headset for a while now… I bought the bluetooth adapter for my PC which works great but my Life Q30’s does not work as I would imagine.
Once they connect to my PC two sound outputs are created on my PC
One is Headset with microphone (Soundcore Life Q30 Hands-Free AG Audio)
Other one is Headset (Soundcore Life Q30 Stereo)
My problem is that once I want to connect to discord voice chat I have to set the hands-free one on in order to hear any sound on PC but it makes this weird noise and also has a really scuffed sound
Main thing I dont understand is why are there two different sound outputs? Others can hear me on both but if I set the stereo I can’t hear anything and if I set the hands-free one I am hearing that noise…
Is there any solution to this?
Thanks for any help or ideo on how to fix this issue.

Hmm maybe a member with more knowledge can help

Hi, i got the same issue like you and here how i can fix(not really),when u change the output to stereo it means that u use only headphone, not mic so try to change the input if you change output to stereo. And if you use mic of the headphones then you have to change output to the hands-free. That’s what i figured out when trying to fix it

You could publish that on soundcore’s forum as well.

I have a possible solution in case you have an external microphone like I do. At least for Windows 11 you go under bluetooth & devices in settings. Then go to devices, locate “More devices and printer settings” in there locate the headset, go to properties, then services. In there deactivate the hands free and that will return the sound quality, it worked for me at least… I hope it serves you if you have external microphone.
