Life Q20's keep Disconnecting from iPhone when Audio Paused

Hello,

I have a pair of Life q20’s and they keep disconnecting from my iPhone. It seems like 9 times out of 10 they disconnect about 30 seconds after I’ve paused audio.

I’ve already contacted Anker and got a replacement pair.

As well, they have been doing this on my iPhone XR, and my recently upgraded iPhone 11, and I’ve done a full setting reset on my iPhon and I’ve Factory Reset the headphones. They aren’t doing this on my Mac or Windows Laptop. I’ve done a full Setting Reset on my iPhone

Try a reset

I’ve factory reset the headphones multiple times, and I’ve reset settings on my iPhone, both done a while back.

Best thing to do at this point would be to contact support, you could either get a refund or replacement
