Hello, my Soundocre Life Q20 headphones are not working properly. Whenever I plug them into my Windows computer through the AUX cable, the sound goes through fine but the microphone is not working. I thought this is a driver update issue, but I was not able to update the drivers for my headphones due to the update software being blind. It doesn’t look like my computer even acknowledges that the headphones are plugged in.
Both the headphones and the microphone work properly through Bluetooth (albeit while sounding badly), but the AUX mode is what concerns me more. Any help is appreciated.
