Hi im sorry i purchase the life dot 2 set 100 hours like 3 weeks and a half ago, today the left bud just stop working, i put it back in the case and the light goes on and off but when i take it out it does not even go on for more i press the button is just dead, i tried reset by holding the button while in the case for 8 seconds but only the right bud shows the 3 red lights the left keeps just doing the same goes on and off with the white light but it doesnt even reset and thats on the case outside the case is just death. I need help please, i bought this at target but i just cant find my receipt got the box and all the accessories.

Please try cleaning the charging contacts on the earbud. You can use a toothbrush or cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. Dry with a cloth or tissue before attempting to charge the earbud.
