My new soundcore liberty neo headphones will not pair with my iphone for the first time. I have followed the instructions, seen the videos and searched for solutions. But none work. After you hold both plugs down for 8 secs and you get red flashing light, it does not come up on my iphone bluetooth, i.e. soundcore liberty neo does not come up. Any ideas?
