I’ve been having an issue with my liberty airs where whenever I take them out and connect them to my phone, which they are already paired to, it asks to pair them again, after resetting the headphones and turning my phone on and off numerous times, I figured I would come here to see if any of you guys are able to give any advice. What phone do you have, please tell the OS version as well.
OnePlus 6T with android 9
If you have any other device to use (a tablet, phone or computer) try pairing Liberty Air with them and see if it autopairs afterward. If it does then the issue lies with OnePlus 6T. This way you can eliminate one item from the equation.
If it shows the same issue with another device then contact Soundcore support.
I agree with @kumar.sachin. It’s either the tablet, or the buds. If its the buds then the Soudncore support team needs to be contacted. You can email the at service@soundcore.com
