Liberty Air Charging Case Issue

I purchased the Soundcore Liberty Air yesterday, and it seems like there is a problem with the charging case. It was working properly yesterday, and I plugged it in for charging before going to bed.

Today it just doesn’t seem to be working. None of the 3 lights are blinking when I open or close the case and the earphones are not getting charged inside it.

Some help would be greatly appreciated as I don’t understand how or why this happened.

on the earbuds themselves, did you remove the plastic that covers the contact points? also what did you use to try and charge the case? have you tried using a different cable and source?

Different cable and power adaptor are the the first thing you should try as stated above. If that doesn’t solve it, then you should contact Anker Support

Have you found anything? I think i got the same problem and don’t know what to do
