I recently upgraded my Liberty Air to the Liberty Air 2. Everything was great for the last 3 weeks. I typically use the right ear bud only then a couple of days ago my audio would periodically stop, it was not loosing a Bluetooth connection (phone still showing audio playing) I found if I wiggled the ear bud I could get blips of audio for a few seconds and then stop again. I have tried a reset and download the latest firmware. I’m leaning more towards a hardware issue. I have since paired just the left one to work, but am concerned why the right one stopped working after about 3 weeks of use.

Go into the app and see if the auto pause feature is turned on. It the earbuds aren’t seating in your war well, they could be autopausing
Also there is a new firmware released today, so make sure you’re upgraded.
Did not fix issue. The audio is not paused or stopped…still shows playing. I can put in both I get audio out of left only and some time audio blips from the right one.
I got these earbuds for Christmas and after <10 hours of use I am having this same issue. I am up to date on firmware. Left earbud is fine, but right earbud is heavily reduced in sound level. Wiggling the earbud while fully seated in my ear causes some intermittent periods of full sound, but as soon as I let go, it drops in level to where the phantom image is almost entirely in the left ear.
Bluetooth connection is fine, it has constant audio playback just at a severely reduced level. Any help would be appreciated!
