My Libert Air 2 mic volume suddenly is very LOW i have to put the right bud almost in my mouth so they can listen to me. some times its working ok after resets etc. but in the end it gets back to very low volume
Seems that is software prob. and happened the day they released the firmware update 01.63
at the moment my buds are unusable for phone calls.
Listening music is perfect, talking is destroyed, im ready to send them back…
Check your phone settings, sometimes call volume can be separate from audio volume so yours may be set really low
It’s the microphone not the audio out. Phone doesn’t have mic settings.
I’d check the REMOTE end, they may have quirky audio settings themselves.
Tip: have two phones and phone yourself and debug all by yourself faster than involving someone else.
The only setting applicable to fiddle with is absolute volume, on both sides of the conversation, sometimes if connected to multiple devices one forces down the audio on the other. It’s rare. More common is dirt in the microphone itself!
